Description
Inspired by views from the grounds of Dulwich Picture Gallery in South-East London, this painting is from my ‘Local Landmarks’ series. Made using watercolour, ink, gesso and mixed media, I especially enjoyed painting the cherry blossoms.
A detail from this painting was used by Dulwich Picture Gallery on wildflower seed packets that they sold as part of a fundraiser for their sculpture garden and wildflower meadow.
The painting is sold mounted framed in a simple white frame under glass and is ready to hang – measures 30cm x 40cm actual image size 29cm x 20cm.
