This mixed media landscape canvas inspired by the beautiful scenery in the Lake District was made by using thin layers of oils, acrylics and inks onto a gesso ground. Areas of the painting were then lightly sanded and scratched away to enhance the texture and light effects.
The canvas measures 40 x 30 x 1cm is ready to hang, with the painting continuing around the sides of the canvas for continuity.
